Processing Time
At Sleiko, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. Please allow additional time during peak seasons or promotional periods. 

We only ship inside the United States.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via our trusted carriers. Shipping times vary, typically ranging from 5-14 business days depending on your shipping of choice and location. International shipping may take 10-20 business days depending on customs and local delivery services.

Due to high order volume and holiday delays, please allow 10-15 business days for delivery.
This includes order processing, handling, and transit time.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these delivery timeframes.

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your package’s journey directly. Please note that tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear.

Unexpected Delays

Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Sleiko cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at sleikostore@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Sleiko is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please reach out to the carrier directly to file a claim. However, we’re happy to support you through this process—feel free to contact us for any necessary information.
